US В настоящее время многие институциональные участники DTC и NSCC осуществляют управление процессом обработки сделок путем исключения сделок из процедуры автоматической обработки и последующего ввода сделок в систему по мере готовности к их обработке, и/или отмены проблемных сделок до или после завершения расчетов. Это ведет к росту рисков и необходимости дополнительных издержек участников и системы в целом
